Return & Exchange Policy

At Dilfareb, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The return request must be made within 15 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused and unworn.
• The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
• The product must not have any signs of damage, stains, or wear.
• Proof of purchase or order details may be required.

2. Exchange

If you receive the wrong size or would like to exchange an eligible product, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

3. Return Shipping Charges

For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer-related reasons, reverse shipping charges of Rs. 250 may apply.

If the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so our team can review the issue and assist you.

4. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will confirm whether it qualifies for a refund. Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable refund method.

Shipping charges, where applicable, may be non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been worn, used, damaged, washed, altered, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for return or exchange.

7. Important

We recommend checking your product and size as soon as you receive your order. Return requests made after the 15-day return period may not be accepted.
